Over the past six months, we have had the pleasure of working on a special training event for and with Hamburg's HOCHBAHN: A digital rally through Hamburg!
In this unique learning format, participants were able to acquire new digital skills in a playful way and by trying them out. From internal software relevant to everyday working life to new AI tools - the participants solved the exciting tasks of the rally with the help of various digital applications. All embedded in a captivating story! And along the way, they also learned exciting facts about the history and future of their own organization.
A format that was not only a lot of fun for us to prepare, but also a real learning experience for the participants!
