INTERN HUMAN RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT M/F/D

Du bist für die Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von individuellen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen zuständig und unterstützt unser Team bei der Konzeption und der Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops. Das Praktikum sollte mindestens 3 Monate dauern, idealerweise 6 Monate.

Die Vergütung beträgt 800 € monatlich. Bei bereits vorhandener Erfahrung im Bereich Beratung ist eine höhere Vergütung nach Absprache möglich.

Your duties include:

  • Unterstützung unserer Consultants bei Kundenprojekten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Trainings- und Workshopmaterialien
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Themen im Rahmen von Transformationsprojekten
  • Erstellung von Kommunikationsunterlagen für Transformationsprojekte
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Vertriebsinitiativen
  • Eigenständige Arbeit an internen Projekten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Organisation von Maßnahmen
  • General Administrative Activities

Your profile:

  • Du hast das 3. Semester erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder befindest dich bereits im Masterstudium und möchtest Dein Pflichtpraktikum absolvieren.
  • You like to communicate confidently in both German and English.
  • You are open to new topics and have an overarching interest in human resources issues.
  • You can work independently and have a pronounced entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are happy to put your very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 to good use.
  • A very good organizational ability, highest care and customer orientation characterize your working style.

TRAINERS AND FACILITATORS FOR MEASURES IN THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:

French, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Polish, Portuguese

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Familiarisation with the world of our customers
  • Design of the requested measures in close consultation with us
  • Implementation of:
    • Trainings
    • Moderation
    • Coachings

Your profile:

  • several years of experience in the implementation and delivery of training and facilitation, both digital and F2F
  • systemic background
  • certified trainer training
  • convincing and inspiring trainer personality
  • high level of interaction in your measures
  • sound knowledge of English
  • training language at least one of the above languages
