Workation in Barcelona: Team spirit and productivity combined!
At the beginning of June, our Hamburg and Munich teams finally met in person again - in a beautiful team villa near Barcelona.
We not only used the time for intensive co-working and cooking evenings together, but also worked on important team topics. Tuesday was a particular highlight: our Team Olympics! The aim was to have fun and work together to strengthen our goals and values.
The daily impulses, our "Brainfood for the week", were particularly enriching and gave us new perspectives and fresh ideas. It was simply brilliant to consciously take time for current and relevant topics.
The crowning glory was our last day: we explored Barcelona together and rounded off the week with a delicious dinner by the sea.
It's a great way to work and strengthen team dynamics!
