The CoachFinder project had a long lead time. Customers expressed the wish to be able to select and find their coach directly via a platform instead of via our customer management. At first, we were reluctant to do this. After all, a selection via our customer management also means quality assurance for the coaching. We are characterized by the high quality and accuracy of fit of our coaches.
But we also saw the advantages of a platform: the annoying waiting time for answers and the administrative effort for organization and communication are eliminated.
We therefore sat down and developed a platform that combines quality and flexibility.
CoachFinder creates direct communication between coach and coachee, gives HR Development (PE) the opportunity to track the coaching status clearly and finds exactly the right coach for each coaching case.
