The need for qualified change consultants has increased in recent years. We have reacted to this with our change consultant training, which started in 2021. In the 4 modules "Change Roots", "Change Consulting", "Change Management" and "Certification", we have provided internal and external partners and colleagues with a secure foundation and a broad range of knowledge for advising our clients. The next course will start in 2022.
In the final pitch for certification as an off-standards change consultant, our colleague Susanne von Herget won by a razor-thin margin over partners Alexander Gebhardt-Euler and Angela Carmon-Maassen. This makes Susanne the first proud winner of our golden Change Dwarf. It will take pride of place in Susanne's Munich office until the next certification. Congratulations, Susanne!
