With the launch of the Essential Leadership Program (ELP), three parallel groups of 12 participants from DB Schenker in Germany have already embarked on a six-month learning journey. The programme supports participants in positioning themselves in their first leadership role, getting to know basic leadership tools, exchanging ideas with top management on the topic of leadership and networking with colleagues from the organisation.
