We are pleased to announce the resumption of the cultural development process started in 2019 and interrupted by Corona in the Single Aisles Final Assembly Line at the Hamburg Finkenwerder plant.
The FAL is the heart of aircraft production. Working here means taking responsibility at the heart of aircraft production and being involved wholeheartedly. The cultural development process that we started in 2019 and are now resuming - after Corona - goes beyond process optimisation. For us, the people at FAL, their motivation, their identification and their importance for the product aircraft are the focus of our process support. We are happy about the re-start!
