After 2021, we again carried out corona-compliant onboarding on behalf of Telekom PVG this year.
In four Webex sessions, we virtually took around 200 first-year apprentices by the hand and welcomed them on behalf of PVG.
Under the working title: "With curiosity into the unknown, we are here for you", all contents were prepared and conveyed using the analogy of a space journey - commander, captain, bridge crew and space cadets.
The 5-hour events had a good balance between content delivery, participant activation and digital gamification through a multi-part team challenge.
The feedback from all four events was extremely positive, both from the participants and from our client:

A coherent concept and professional implementation succeeded in motivating PVG's youngest talents and equipping them with a lot of energy for their learning journey. The very good cooperation with offstandards was certainly an essential basis for this.
