Together with Deutsche Telekom AG, offstandards developed an intensive, challenging and fruitful 8-week qualification "Systemik Kompakt". This offers participants a deeper understanding of systemic principles and knowledge of systemic interventions in 5 modules. In the business context, this helps executives, agile coaches, change facilitators, HR BPs, or change project managers, for example, to adopt different perspectives, to pursue holistic approaches to solutions, or to interact better with each other.
