*Virtual & efficient - our AC/DC tool*
In the Corona pandemic, the difference between innovative prototypes and innovative products becomes apparent. We developed our virtual Assessment/Development Center tool (AC/DC tool) in 2019 in an exciting collaboration between our technical-digital units and our experts for personnel diagnostics. The result is a virtual platform that sets standards in terms of time efficiency, manageability and presentation of results. Observations do not have to be consolidated manually, but are available in real time on a local "AC/DC cloud". Visualized statistics of the candidates' performance can be called up directly after the exercises. Observers can calibrate, tune and exchange information in breakout rooms before and after the exercises during our virtual performance. Candidates also use individual preparation rooms to work through and create documents. The concluding virtual observer conference takes place immediately after the exercises are completed, while the participants are bid farewell in the parallel room.
Since in "Corona times" a substantial part of the everyday business life shifts into virtual space anyway, our tool is extremely up-to-date and realistic. The feedback from our customers and also the feedback from candidates has confirmed to us very much that innovation is only successful when the step from prototype to product is successful.
