My trainings and workshops are characterised by their interactive, creative, trusting, empathetic and dynamic character. I see myself - in a positive sense - as a demanding trainer and facilitator at eye level, who inspires further development, proactively gives impulses and at the same time puts the needs of the participants in the foreground and designs the training together with them. It is important to me to impart new knowledge and models by applying these professional impulses myself and reflecting on them in conversation. Cooperation and encounters arise from doing. To this end, I create spaces of experience in which everyone can develop an individual added value for themselves and thus also for the company.
