Nadine Röske is a psychologist and works as a personnel and organizational developer at offstandards. She specializes in customer consulting, project management and the design and implementation of workshops, training courses and individual coaching sessions. She is particularly interested in personal development, well-being and mental health in the workplace. She is passionate about supporting and strengthening people, teams and organizations in their development. A holistic view of changes and challenges in organizations is particularly important to her in order to jointly develop new and creative solutions and options for action.
