Analytical, structuring, focusing and connecting - that's how I work for you. My experience as a creative, psychological consultant, facilitator and coach supports me in this. With my curiosity for the deeper connections that underlie our social interaction, fruitful dialogues often arise again where previously hardened fronts dominated. In change processes, I am inspired by emerging group dynamics and the question: "How can we emerge from the process resilient, strengthened and able to act?".
