Martina Schindler has worked for over 30 years in various functions in the fields of public administration, municipal companies, tourism, culture, business development, manufacturing industry, finance and insurance. Her activities range from strategy development, organizational development, process support, brand management, development of controlling concepts and their implementation to project and change management. She is a proven expert in the development and establishment of city brand management systems. In addition, she has been working for more than 17 years as a trainer for managers, project managers and new joiners in the areas of leadership and personality development, communication and project management.
