Marco has more than 10 years of experience in various (agile) leadership roles in the field of human resources, team and organisational development. Special focus is on collaboration, management and change processes as well as (sustainable) innovation methodologies. Marco acts as coach, trainer and/or consultant as required. In addition to his sound practical experience with various agile frameworks and their methods, practices and values, he is particularly characterised by his empathy and his people-oriented understanding of leadership.
