Malte Siekaup studied business administration (Business & Management) and continuously expanded his knowledge, including as a mediator and coach. With extensive management experience in industry, retail and a digital transformation startup, his focus is on change and project management, process support and the implementation of restructuring and IT systems. Since 2019, he has been supporting executives in their personal development and accompanying companies in digitalization, automation and the successful introduction of modern business models. As co-author of the book "The Unknown Is The New Normal", he shares his expertise and also gave a lecture in project management for master's students at the Ruhr University Bochum for two semesters.
