Malina Krentscher is a coach, consultant and facilitator in human resources and organisational development. Through her experience with leading digital companies, her particular strengths lie in supporting entrepreneurial change processes with a focus on digital start-ups and scale-ups, (junior) management development and coaching. Most recently, she led the development of the "Learning and Development" department in an international technology company and thus brings valuable experience with intercultural challenges in a remote first setting.
