Kristin Jordan has over 10 years of practical experience in the field of human resources and organisational development, especially in the area of agile team and organisational transformations. She is passionate about helping organisations transform their structures and processes, leadership, collaboration and culture to become more agile, customer-centric, participative and innovative. To this end, she brings a broad repertoire of agile frameworks, methods and practices as well as the ability to quickly understand systems and accompany them appropriately. In 2014, she also founded a sustainable café and roastery, which she runs together with friends as a collective - i.e. self-organised, value-oriented and hierarchy-free.
