Christian Gärtner is Professor of Human Resource Management & Digitalization of the World of Work at Munich University of Applied Sciences - and has been a consultant and trainer in the areas of People & Change Management and Analytics & Automation in HRM for over 20 years. His publications include 5 books (including Smart HRM: Digital Tools for HRM), more than 70 articles in journals, and more than 20 book chapters focusing on "good practices" that are as field-tested as they are scientific. He is also co-editor of people&work and a jury member for the HR Excellence Award and HR Start-up Award.
