brief description

After successfully completing my law degree, I started directly in the human resources field. After 20 years as a personnel officer, personnel developer and personnel manager, I started my own business as a trainer and systemic (business) coach in 2023.
My main topics as a trainer are communication, conflict management, stress and self-management, team development and building, moderation and presentation, labor law for executives and coaching as a leadership tool. As a systemic coach I accompany people in changes and support them in finding solutions.
