Everyone can be lectured and told a lot, but until you experience it yourself, most of the knowledge is missing. That is why I have been trying for more than 10 years to make the topics of my clients directly tangible in the events. As an impulse, as an "aha" and as emotional anchors that have a lasting effect.
Since 2008, first as a freelancer, and since 2015 independently, I accompany teams in their development, facilitate seminars and workshops on topics such as change management, leadership topics, communication and process training, general team development and onboarding for trainees.
