After 15 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, R & D, technical support and quality in the Brazilian and international chemical and engineering industries, Alfredo Lago founded his own consulting company, G.O.S. (Groups Organized for Synergy) in 1999, specializing in the creation, adaptation, sale and delivery of workshops, presentations and seminars in the areas of effective human resources management, coaching, communication, negotiation, leadership, team building and motivation, which include classroom and outdoor activities. He conducts workshops and training in English, Spanish and Portuguese and also manages sales for G.O.S. He has also certified other consultants in his content (Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela and Brazil).
