• "The feedback round in the team" is a workshop to improve the cooperation in teams. The format focuses on building trust as the foundation for professional and efficient cooperation within teams. The feedback round in the team is therefore also a milestone for team development. The workshop follows a clear structure which - in combination with a professional offstandards moderation - gives each participant the necessary security to give and receive open feedback.
