Effective Coorporation Workshop

Workshop that focuses on cooperation in processes.

• The workshop "Effective Cooperation" focuses on cooperation in processes (horizontal cooperation). Through the structured exchange of feedback and the development of joint, sustainable problem solutions, the so-called "soft" i.e. behavioural and attitudinal disorders in cooperation are clarified and solutions are developed.
• Duration: 1 day workshop and 0.5 days follow up to review the implementation of the agreements.
• Participants: Employees/teams/executives who have a common work interface.
