Our HR Services team supports you in the conception, administration, billing and evaluation of your training courses - professionally and reliably. And we have been since 2003.

For many personnel managers, it is difficult to find the necessary time, in addition to their day-to-day business, to put together a needs-based, modern training programme. Not to forget the often intensive research for qualified trainers, suitable training courses and conference hotels. After completion of a training course, individual invoices from suppliers must be checked and paid on time and the success of the measure evaluated.

Let us do it for you! We at offstandards know our industry and can thus guarantee high quality and cost efficiency. We maintain long-standing contacts with experienced trainers and training providers at home and abroad, all of whom are experts in a wide range of disciplines, and know where to find the best conference locations. Once we have selected the trainer and hotel, we invite your participants, send out handouts and take care of supplier management. Once the event has been successfully completed, we check and pay the invoices of all service providers. You will then conveniently receive a clear overall invoice. Your permanent contact persons will inform you regularly and thus create the necessary transparency. We also offer our entire range of services to customers on an international level with our comprehensive foreign language competence and international network.
