Ben began his career about 20 years ago as a trained actor. During this time he acquired more and more organizational skills. Today he directs, writes theatre texts, conceives programmes, organises the realisation of audio recordings and presentations. He moderates and supports assessment and development centers through his role play and feedback. He has a lot of experience as an interface between employers, customers, artists and technical staff. As a result, he has an extensive network of cultural creators and doers at his disposal.
